The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Hwy 1082 southbound near Smith Road. Sean was enjoying a leisurely bike ride when tragedy struck. A 2002 GMC Sierra, driven by 22-year-old Blake Griffith, was directly behind Sean’s bicycle. In circumstances still under investigation, the GMC collided with the bicyclist, resulting in the untimely death of Sean Brady.
Louisiana State Police are diligently working to understand the details surrounding this heartbreaking incident.
